Backpacking Through Europe Part I

I had the wonderful opportunity of backpacking in Europe with my adventurous mom and lovely big sister this summer. I could not miss the opportunity to bring my camera along and document this amazing trip.

I take pride in being a very light packer. So when it came to my camera equipment I kept it simple and light because I would literally be dragging it around 4 countries!  My durable and comfy Ape Case carried my trusty Canon 5d mark ii with it's light companion the 50mm 1.8 lens. I included two batteries, two 16GB memory cards and a charger just in case. By the end of the trip, my shoulders were so happy that's all the equipment I had brought.

First stop was Germany. We have friends that live in a tiny town called Dunningen near the Black Forest. We had an amazing time enjoying delicious food, a beautiful castle, incredible landscapes and the best company we could ever ask for!
